Return & Exchange Policy

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy applies only to items purchased on ShopWings.in. Items bought in our offline/in-store outlets are not covered under this policy, and vice versa.

Sale-discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange, only full-price purchases qualify.

Online orders cannot be exchanged at store & store orders cant be exchanged online.


2. Return & Exchange Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.


3. Eligibility Conditions

The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered.

The original shoe box, tags, and purchase invoice must be returned along with the product.

Upon receipt, all returns will undergo a quality inspection. Items showing signs of wear (scuff marks, sole wear, creases) or any damage will be rejected.


4. Returns

Returns are accepted only once per order.

A return fee of ₹ 200 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days after we receive and approve the returned item.


5. Exchanges

ONE single exchange per order is permitted.

Exchanges may be for a different size or a different product, subject to stock availability.

Exchange shipping is free, and we will arrange reverse pickup from your address.

If the replacement item’s price is higher than the original, you will need to pay the difference at the time of exchange; if lower, no refund of the difference.


6. Order Cancellation

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

 

7. Process for Return/Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer-care through the “Return/Exchange” section on the website (or via email/WhatsApp/phone as provided).

Once contacted, we will arrange a reverse-pickup from your address.

 

8. Condition for Rejection

Returns or exchanges will be refused if:

  • The product shows signs of wear or damage.

  • Original packaging, tags or invoice are missing.

  • Return/exchange request is made after the 7-day window.

  • The item is a discounted/sale item.


9. Orders Arriving Damaged

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different product of the same value, OR

  • A full refund (for prepaid orders).

Products reported after 48 hours, or damaged due to wear & tear, improper handling, or use, will not qualify.

 

10. General Terms

Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.

The decision of ShopWings quality inspection team regarding the condition of returned products will be final.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the version on ShopWings.in at the time of order confirmation will apply.
