How does the delivery process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.

Next, your item is passed through a quality check and is packed before handing over to the courier partner.

Then, your item is shipped to your location.

In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Our team will contact you immediately and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

 


What is the estimated delivery time?

Dispatch: Within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery:
Typically 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Note: During festivals, adverse weather conditions, unavoidable delays or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

Note: During peak seasons including the months prior to Wedding Season/Diwali, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in a slight processing or shipping delays.


Can I track my order?

Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email / message from us with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.


I have an urgent requirement for a rush order?

Express shipping option is available at an additional cost. If this facility is available at your pincode, you will find the option during checkout.

Which locations do you ship your products?

We ship throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home. In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Our team will contact you immediately and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.


Are there any shipping charges?

We provide free standard shipping on all orders.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?

No, Cash on Delivery is not available.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot change the shipping address after you have placed your order.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO (Return To Origin) due to incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund will be offered.

The shipment maybe re-sent to you on payment of the shipment charges including the RTO charges.

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we do not offer international shipping.

Online vs In-Store Purchases

This policy applies only to orders placed on Shopwings.in.

Products purchased in our offline/in-store counters follow a separate policy and cannot be shipped online, and vice-versa.
